Terms: Per-system go-live: monthly billing for each system starts upon its acceptance/go-live — no need to wait for the full suite (e.g., Website+Dashboard can go live and be billed this month while other systems are completed). Unlock = first month: unlocking a system costs that system's monthly price, which includes customization up to go-live acceptance and counts as month 1. Package adjustment: à la carte payments are credited/adjusted when moving to a package — no double-charging for the same month. Acceptance = done: after acceptance, new change requests are quoted separately or covered by the CUSTOM plan. Systems activate upon payment confirmation and auto-pause the day after a missed due date (reminders start 3 days before). PREVIEW systems can be explored but not operated. All software, source code, and infrastructure remain the property of JakisAI; SYLORA's business data remains SYLORA's and is exportable on request. Cancel anytime — data preserved read-only for 90 days.
